Mobo, CPU and RAM upgrade

Sup guys,

in 2009 i built my 1st PC and it have served me well for the last 2 years:
Quad Core Q840
Intel Raisin city
4GB DD2 800Mhz hynix memory
Standard cooling
Acbel 660w PSU
Javelin warrior case
Inno3D GTS2501GB (upgrade to Force3D 5870 1GB 2months after it was released)

but I think it's time for an upgrade especially with BF3 and MW3 that is going to be released soon so i was thinking of upgrading to the following:

MSI P67 GD65
Intel 2500k sandy bridge
G.Skill RipJaws X low latency 2x 2GB (F3-12800CL6D-4GBXH
Noctua NH-D14 (CPU Cooler)


Zalman Z9 case (recently upgraded)
Keeping my current PSU and GPU.

Waiting for the new ATi HD7000 series cards to be released before upgrading my GPU.


is this worth upgrading to?

personal preference, I would get the H100, but i do have another case though, last time I checked the H100 doesn't fit in a Z9 plus.
