Mobo/CPU Combo

Description: I currently have the Intel Badaxe 1 mobo with a Core2Duo 2.4Ghz CPU. I am looking for an upgrade to this. Preferable quad core. Mobo does not have to be high spec as this is my dev machine. It must just be reliable.
