Using the stock airbox with a K&N high flow filter. Looks neater than a cone filter

Could have saved a lot of time and effort and weight and made the engine bay much neater with a cone filter or a airbox relocation.
Seriously though, on a modified car you need a better air intake than the standard airbox and filter.
Your charger is demanding a lot of air, you restricting it imo, you also have a metal pipe running across the engine, its retaining heat and heating up the air, not good.
Theres thousands of Honda cold air intakes, get one, plug it into the charger and get the filter as close to the bumper as possible, thats atleast a 5-10% better performance setup.

Agreed, get the filter lower down, and heat wrap the top induction pipe. Using alluminium piping is ok. Either that, or get some Ram tubing from the front bumper into the airbox. Which Rotrex charger did you use?

Wow, 94 is BIG. The prelude is a 2.2 right, so it should be ok, oh, and I see you are in Cape Town. What mapping/management are you using?

I never modded, only upsized the wheels when I had a Lite for 6 months because the car tried to kill me with stock wheels.
Yes, it is a 2.2. The block has Darton sleeves installed and Crower rods and CP Pistons. Using the AEM EMS-4. I started it up on one of the AEM supplied basemaps with a bit of tweaking and using O2 feedback. Taking it to the tuner next week after I finish assembling

Im into modifying cars.
Have a business setting up drift cars, so Im busy building a demo/drift car.

Second stage is body work and safety
