Modem locked into 4G

I have had a problem since this weekend. Usually if I can get this modem working on 5g, it spits out on average 97 mps. Now tho.. no matter how far or where in my flat I position this thing it always has me locked into 4G.. which gives me at 8mps if I am lucky.. which is unsurfable. Has anyone experienced this problem?

I live in Johannesburg, near Ghandi.. my window faces East which is where I have my router positioned.

I'm paying for the R795 one, 5G. I don't know if that gives you a good enough picture.
