Me and my big mouth! I'm just gonna shut up for 5 more days, because the new act specifies:

"(d) Licensees must formally resolve all complaints from the complainant(s) within fourteen (14) days thereof."

They must also, if escalated to ICASA, resolve it within 14 days. Not only do they have to keep record of all complaints, but they have to submit a list of all complaints received and processed - one month after financial year-end and every 6 months thereafter.

Fines are R500 000 for regulation 4 (connection related issues)
R150 000 for regulation 5 & 6 (complaints)
Additional R50 000 for every repeated offense

ICASA does not reply as they have no backbone. Tried them. No reply.

MTN CEO does not do billing, he does aquasitions and all the big stuff.
This is my email to ICASA and MTN and Getclosure.

My 20/05/09 bill was backdated from 06/03/09.This is supposed to be month to month as the highlighted print states on the bill.I was charged nearly 1GB of my 350MB bundle due to this.The next month I had a rollover of DATA but was also charged R86.00 for going out of bundle. How is this possible?After all this, I realized that my DATA counter does not work on the 162 number. It takes 3 months to update. This is not ethical. I am being given incorrect balances causing me to go over my limit. This has affected MANY subscribers and I have proof of this.

Getclosure has contacted them 3 times on my behalf with no answer.
