Mondo contracts

Hi,

What is the difference in the contracts e.g Mondo MTN contract or Direct MTN contract?

Is there an extra charge om the phone contract so they can get comission? I just wanted to find out the difference. Ive searched the net and have not found an answer.

Just stay away from Mondo, ive burnt my fingers with these people, there are some other guys here that have also been burnt, just stay away, don't let that sweet talk call center agent fool you !

Just don't, there is no reason at all to deal with them. They cannot and do not offer better deals than going to a network shop or online.

Mondo contract

I’ve taken a Telkom contract with Mondo for R199 monthly, I got the sim and decided to cancel the contract, I called and called and they failed to cancel it. I decided it’s fine I will continue with it, when my bill came it says my contract is R299 monthly. I called again to ask them to fix coz...
