Monitering Telkom Cap Usage

I'm always been using https://secure.telkomsa.net/titracker/ to moniter my telkom internet cap usage. But for some time now, when i login to the Telkom Tracker, it shows zero values for upload, download etc. This has been happening for about 6 months now. It wasn't too much of a hassle, however, as i subscibed to the email notification and received cap usage figures everyday.

And now (past week or so) these emails stopped (it not in the spam folder either). I even tried using the "SASA ADSL Stats Analyser" app, which also used to work, but now keeps timing out.

Does the world hate me? :( Is there another way to moniter my cap usage? Should i rather request a new username from telkom?
 
So its confirmed then. The world hates me...

Think i'm just gona go ahead with the requesting of a new username. Hope that works.

Ok this is getting wierder and wierder. I took a leap of faith and changed my password back to my previous password (from like a year ago), logged on with these details and lo and behold, usage figures!

I can't explain this, who can?
 
lol tried again and mine came up :p

off topic - if my username ends in @dsl512telkomsa.net does that mean i should be on 512 or am i missing something
