Telkom - access to ISP telkomsa.net error message

Trying to connect to https://customerportal.telkomsa.net/portal/overview/, I get the following message:
"This site can’t provide a secure connectioncustomerportal.telkomsa.net sent an invalid response.
Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR"

I got the message initially on chrome. At that point I I could still access the site using Edge for a while and then Edge also started giving me the message. My friend also gets the message on his laptop through his network with his Chrome logons. The error started to happen since Oct 7 when Telkom had a major outage. I am now unable to access my Telkom ISP dashoard to see my historic data usage.

I have the same problem today 13 Nov 23. Cant access the telkomsa web sites. I am still on the old ADSL. system.

I downloaded FireFox and was able to access my telkom account. I don't know how long it will work, I see one of the other users said FireFox also stopped accessing Telkom working after a while.
 
anyone have DKWireless on zoom fibre SMTP server?



Telkomsa.net email cant send emails :(
 
This is Telkom's advice - literally drop your security settings as we can't be bothered to fix our site. Chrome announced in February it would deprecate support, 3 years after openssh announced they would deprecate it. Surel Telkom website advise.jpg

How do you access the Telkom Internet portal?
How do I get a username and password? My fibre login details are not working, don't have anything else to use...
 
I have been a client of Telkom for over 20 years now, and was recently ordered to migrate from my old adsl copper system to something they called SmartVoice/LTE. My Internet download and upload speeds immediately dropped about 50 % of what they were on adsl. Several calls to their dysfunctional and sublimely uncaring Pinnacle Call Centre led to nowhere, and on social media I was put in touch with what Telkom calls their Special Forces. My previously tested at 12 Mbps line now fell to 2.5 or maybe 3.7 on a good day. My wife and I both work on the Internet, and the resulting nightmare that was spawned by this move, which I sure as **** did not sign up for, now leaves me in a position where I cannot upload my video's to Patreon. Do I dump them as ISP, or what..??? Afrihost sounds like a possibility....
