Monitor 3G Card Usage

Hi

Do you guys know which program I can use to check which programs are running in the background eating up my megabits?

I tried to install NetLimiter 2 Pro but it doesn't seem to work with Windows 7, just refuses to install. Err: You must have Wondows 2000 or newer Windows operating system!
