Is there a utility/application to monitor each PC's data usage from and to the Router.

I want to mange my data usage and need to know what PC/user is using the most data.

Don't think the router supports this by default.

You can either run logs on each PC or put something in-line that can do this monitoring. A small Linux box with 2 Ethernet ports would work very well. Any old 386 or better should do the trick.

Maybe a layer-3 managed switch could give the stats as well.

Our IT guru at work does this, yes. A Linux box with 2 network ports - a "transparent proxy" he calls it.
