Monitoring Camera's?

Anyone here know perhaps where you can get a wireless camera to monitor staff.

We seem to have some bar staff that are stealing, obviously will notify them that they are being watched - but would like the option of being able to make the camera's very difficult to see/find. Cheapest options available?

Presuming wireless might be expensive, so might need to look at wired. Any suggestions?
