Monitoring downloads/uploads ip addresses

I really feel i'm losing over 100MB each day while my PC is off .. Is there a way to monitor exactly what was downloaded, when and from which IP?
 
Change your password and see if it stops?

Also make sure your router is secure (if you're using wireless).
