Month end byte counting fiasco

Hi,

I remember a lot of griping on the way Telkom did the monthend bandwidth accounting and effectively included the bandwidth used on 31 August into the September allocation.

I think the thread died..

What was the outcome? Did Telkom correct the stats?

It is an issue I noticed mr White did not address.

Thanks for bringing up this point again.

I know I was also ‘billed’ for a previous day’s usage this month. It was in the order of around 150 Megs. I will definitely include this complaint in my next correspondence with Telkom. I will open a thread in the announcement area in a day or two where people can ask questions to be included in the Telkom correspondence. Please make use of it when it appears.
