Surprise! My phone switched to 3G today while in the Stellenbosch area!

So it seems as if at least some of the planned towers have gone live! Excellent news!

Any other 3G "spottings"? ;-)

where about? in town, varsity area, I'm not getting it in Idas Valley yet.

I'm getting MTN 3G near Paul Roos, but the signal is weaker than VC's. I get about -95 dBm with Celltrack

Yes - I also got it on the grounds of Paul Roos... Varied between 1 and 3 bars on my 6630.
