What speed is your router syncing at? It's very simple: if your router is syncing at 384kbps down, then the upgrade hasn't happened and you're pasting a result that has probably been influenced by caching. First check your router to confirm the actual speeds!

Speed still shows 384, but im busy watching youtube vids without any buffering whilst downloading at 80Kbp/s.
This has been happening alot more frequently tonight then any other night.
Im not saying im upgraded, its more like my line is going beyond 384k very often and the 384k is just a throttle from SAOL.
 
LOL ah... must've clicked the wrong date after my cmos clear 2 days ago when my ram b0rked out.. woops :)

More seriouc: Telkom never makes any announcements so soon before their year-end results. AFAIK that will only be 21 June - and historically Telkom has arranged important announcements to coincide with the results. Winter solstice - may it be a magical day!
 
Hmmm, thats crap. But hopefully you wrong Tacet and we get some indication next today:) (DOUBTFUL)
