Most annoying work phrases

Urgh, what irritates me is when the fellow managers here say that we have to "box clever".

Want to cut my wrists everytime I hear that. Worst thing is I found my self using it and I couldn't think of a way to say it differently. The stupid phrase has broken a part of my brain
 
I nearly wet myself at one flip board presentation a good few years age when one eager to impress young man spoke of a 'vicious triangle'
 
"You took the words out of my mouth."

"I couldn't have said it better myself."

" You beat me to it."

Those statements show that you just want to be a "know it all" or most knowledgeable/intelligent person around.

So tempted to send them a definition of that fkin word when someone uses it like that. Even worse...its internationally prevalent...its not just the clueless SA okes.

On the whole my environment is pretty thin on buzz phrases...or at least the phrases kinda flow in the conversation when they do get used.
 
The entire volume of MBA speak. You hear the person speaking but you can be sure they have no idea what the hell they're saying just fancy word dropping without saying anything - BS speak.
