Most online encryption cracked

Unravelled online encryption to keep information safe? Doesn't make sense.

Anyway, they have access to all my info anyway, they just need to ask Google

It doesn't mean that the NSA unravelled the encryption in order to keep information safe, it means that they unravelled the encryption that is used to keep information safe.

They must have hired magicdude for this.

No, Magicdude hacked the encryption, and the CIA and NSA is now claiming they have broken those encryption algorithms.

if we'd rather spend so much effort and money on research to make the world a better place....

i guess the US gov is worried, if they don't do this, we'll all be worse off

It's probably just being pointed to NSA.gov. They don't even share the same IPs.
And I agree with Messugga. Some people are just either a)trolls or b)stupid. I've seen a+b become commonplace.

Someone has just shown me:

The domain www.itanimulli.com (illuminati spelled backwards) goes to their website http://www.nsa.gov/.

Is this just another piece of evidence in support of the conspiracy theories doing the round?

I'm pretty sure that you can make any website that you own redirect to any other site. If you're 1337 you can even hijack someone else's site and redirect it elsewhere.

Oh my giddy aunt, the secret is out!

Some pretty hardcore encryption there too, spelt backwards an all that. Watch out though, if the NSA is anything like CoJ you are gonna get a lawsuit against you for maliciously hacking their secret, authorized-personnel-only URL.
