Motherboard help

I need help finding out information on a motherboard I have.
The motherboard is dead so I can't get into the BIOS or anything, but all I can find on the motherboard is "745EXP-P-OC" and on the 1 chip it says "K8 BI Turbo"

Anyone know more...
