Amazing... super proud

Sad though that on enews I've now seen the sport segment twice and both times the play the anthem until Die Stem was about to start and then they cut it off... was enjoying hearing the anthem and watching the scenes only to get reminded about not belonging to here anymore.

They cut all anthems longer than x minutes, the italian one was also cut in Moto2 (this is by the Moto GP organisers to reduce podium formality time) - its nothing against SA and neither is eNews out to cut Die Stem

I watched the replay last night. Had to turn all forms of communication off for the afternoon not to get the result from drunk friends. I had tears watching it, I will not lie.

What a win.
 
No words for that ride. Here I was quietly optimistic that he could pip a few top-5s this year and maybe a podium but a win? Never though it was possible so early in to his career.

KTM have made the perfect bike for him, fits his style perfectly.

I don't see why he can't get on the podium in Austria as well. He goes well there and the bike is quick.

I would love to celebrate more of these in the future.
 
A wet weekend expected which could throw the cat amongst the pigeons. If nothing else, it may give the factory Yamahas a chance as their power deficit would be somewhat negated.
 
I'm also going to miss practically the whole race due to loadshedding. Will have to avoid spoilers and catch a rebroadcast later in the evening. Thanks Eskom
 
how do you guys NOT have backup power solutions in place yet? This has been going on for as long as you were at school, most likely

I can get the net up and watch on my laptop - but its not ideal...i do need to upgrade my backups though
