Motor vehicle registration

not that I'd EVER promote such unlawful behavior ... but note that the odds are quite high if you no longer receive renewal notices ... you also no longer receive fines ...

Yip. Your first warning is when you get arrested at a roadblock.

see edit of my post, also note that would be an unlawful arrest without a warrant, which can only be granted if you are in contempt of a court order, which a sheriff has to hand deliver, the posted stuff mean sweet f-all outside of AARTO regions (where by law it has to be sent via registered mail)

lastly note i am not a lawyer and you're on your own when you land in hot soup ;)

Lol. Dude.
Seriously. Demerits not implemented ANYWHERE. And posted stuff under aarto is just as meaningless.
However, explaining that to a power drunk kfc craving inferiority complex wielding metro officer at 2am on a Saturday is probably less fun than just paying your fines.....

Hi, Can anyone help regarding the Blue form? I purchased the car in January this year and the licence expired at the end of October. I recently got the COR done for the car which expires in 60 days. There is an A, B and C section, im not sure which sections to fill out? The previous owner submitted the yellow form in at the pretoria office where the car is registered to but i am in Durban, does this mean i would need to travel to Pretoria or can the transfere be done here in durban?
Please Advise. Thank you Kindly.
