I finally stripped my m@#r this morning and signed up with another internet service. There is no where in hell that any user could continue at such extremely slow speeds. Yes, years ago iBurst was wonderful and I got so much 24/7 help from your technical guys. That nothing has happened after at least 2 years of complaints against iBurst indicates that senior managers and shareholders don't care a d#% that iBurst goes to the dogs. I have finally given up on iBurst and have moved to another internet service 8ta.
