Inception 9/10 - really enjoyed it.

Saw VII (Saw 3D) - 6/10 - might have made it more if it was not so obvious that the guy in the end didn't need to hook through his torso, but rather just wrap them around his arm using the hooks as a locking mechanism
SPOILER ALERT! Don't read the bit in white!

LOL, bit in white...

Tangled (Disney Animated movie) - Totally took me by surprise, my girlfriend loves animated movies so we watched this on circuit a while ago.

Was very good actually, much better than I expected it to be. Excellent animation and characters as well as a good animated musical score.

Score: 8/10 - Best animated Disney movie I've seen in ages.

Battle: Los Angeles (2011) 6.5/10 not bad, was expecting more.

The Fighter
True story about boxer "Irish" Micky Ward (Mark Wahlberg) and his brother (Dicky Eklund) who helped train him before going pro in the mid 1980s. Dicky Eklund (Christian Bale) is a crack addict but once fought Sugar Ray Leonard. Bale is totally believable in his role. I don't enjoy boxing at all, yet I enjoyed this.

7/10

The Last Station

A historical drama that illustrates Russian author Leo Tolstoy's struggle to balance fame and wealth with his commitment to a life devoid of material things.

Christopher Plummer (Tolstoy) and Helen Mirren (Sofya Tolstoy) give excellent performances. A very sad story. The only negative is that the story concentrated too much on his personal secretary and his love interest.

7/10

Good movie that, really enjoyed it.

The Roommate:

Story: 6/10
Leighton Meester: 10/10

Predictable, regurgitated teen thriller dribble but the main reason to see this film is for Leighton Meester.

watched The Expendables and Battle Los Angeles (i think thats the name and both were hardcore action.

Terminator 3: Rise of The Machines 7/10
exciting and full of action

No Strings Attached... 6/10

You can't have sex without falling in love...enough said!

Unknown: 7/10.Far fetched but very entertaining thriller.
127 Hours: 8/10.Harrowing seat squirmer.
The Last Exorcism: 6/10.Some real shock moments.
The American: 5/10.George Clooney snoozefest.
Takers: 6/10.cliche heavy but well shot action scenes.
Creation: 6/10.Slow Charles Darwin bio.
Edge of Darkness.7/10.Mel Gibsons best performance in average thriller.

Black Gold: - A Film About Coffee & Trade 7/10

www.blackgoldmovie.com
As westerners revel in designer lattes and cappuccinos, impoverished Ethiopian coffee growers suffer the bitter taste of injustice. In this eye-opening expose of the multi-billion dollar industry, Black Gold traces one man's fight for a fair price.

Very interesting documentary film, saw it on Mzanzi channel.

liltless - 5/10 - Awesome concept but movie fell flat - extremely boring movie

Big Tits Zombie - 0/5. Grindhouse films are notorious for being cheap and camp, but this drops the bar so rapidly that it becomes lopsided (|/|). The distributor was kind enough to include two 3D glasses, though I can't imagine anyone willingly watching this with another person. Seriously considering writing an apology to Ridley Scott for including Black Hawk Down in the same order.
