Mr. Nice (2010)

The life story of Howard Marks, an elite British drug smuggler. Howard only smuggled Hashish, never resorted to violence and when caught managed to wriggle himself out of it. He spent 7 years in an American prison when he took them on. Funny and entertaining. The movie starts off in black and white, but as soon as he takes his first toke colour appears. :D 6/10

50/50 - Inspired by a true story, a comedy centered on a 27-year-old guy who learns of his cancer diagnosis, and his subsequent struggle to beat the disease.

Seriously depressing movie and would have been much worse if Seth Rogen wasn't in it. But still worth watching - 6.5/10

Unthinkable 7.5/10

Could have been a 9 if there was more character development.
Mr Jackson does make me believe that he is his character, also the "terrorist" acts pretty well.

This movie asks some uncomfortable questions and makes up for a few dull moments with the way it makes you think just where would you draw the line if you were placed in the same position.

The Iron Lady 8/10

Lots of jumping back & forth between then & "now".
The movie provides & interesting insight, almost sad at times.

A Good Old Fashioned Orgy (2011)

A group of 30-year-olds who have been friends since high school attempt to throw an end-of-summer orgy. Funny. 6/10

Tinker Tailer Soldier Spy

battling with this movie !!

anyone feel this way about it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T5qalNX5G94

Haha.
I was forced to put the subtitles on to follow properly, so it felt like reading a good old fashioned John le Carré novel.
:)

Margin Call 7/10 - Follows 24 hours in the life of an investment company facing a financial crises and how the various powers that be, deal with it.Highly technical but very interesting.
