Moving ADSL line

Hi Guys,

I have an ADSL line with MWEB, after applying for it through them years ago. Now if I move it to Telkom, I was told I'd have to re-apply for it with Telkom and it will take 7-21 working days to get that going. That's what call centre told me. Is this correct? If I ask MWEB to move it to Telkom do I then have to reapply at Telkom and wait up to 21 days before my ADSL is working again (with data account from someone else)?

Hi

If you request MWeb to do the transfer you will not have to re-apply and there should be no break in service, it will only be the "Ownership" that changes.
