Moving from Openweb to ?

I have had numerous issues in getting any speed during the day from Openweb, and Keoma has tried different things, but unfortunately the Openweb Gold accounts goes dead between 7:00 and 19:00 for me. I know it is not on my side as my Web Africa PAYG account works flawlessly.

Who is the one to consider that hasn't got any contracts? I don't need full speed during the day but something like 1mb would be good and then normal 4mb during the night. I have read a few threads and am not sure who to try.

Any suggestions?

just change your backbone, seems you are on IS.

If you are on gold you ask mrbeep for another backbone to try if you have issues, there is an openweb gold thread with plenty of information in it.

Glad to see I'm not the only one with this issue. Unfortunately even a backbone change failed to remedy the issue this month.

My pre-paid WA account also works flawlessly so I guess I can rule out Telkom as the cause.
