Anybody know how long it takes to move your line back to telkom from Cybersmart? I sent the cancellation fax through and explicitly stated that I want the line returned to telkom.
While I have been happy with the overall service from these guys, their lack of product innovation has left me in a position where I pay 3 service providers. I just want 2, Telkom for the line and WA for my account.
