Moving Office Line

So in a month's time we are moving offices and I need to transfer the line and DSL. Whats the procedure on this? The new offices is just next door to where we are now, and during the move I want to up the line speed to 4mbps aswell.

Best option would be to request your DSL Line upgraded now and then arrange for an outdoor line transfer immediately afterwards. They might not attend those two requests simultaneously i.e. DSL Line upgrade & Outdoor Line Transfer....
