I want to know how do I add a new account to outlook and remove the old one without deleting the old account's data (using new email domain). I don't want to import the old account's email to the new one because that will make it upload the 'old' email to the new email server.

Uploading 20gb pst's over ADSL isn't fun at all I could imagine.

You can simply remove the old account from outlook, it does not delete the data file containing your email, contacts and calenders.

Then set up your new account and tell it to use the old pst so there's minimal effort in exporting and importing your data.
Since Office 2010 they've made it very easy to use an existing pst. Office 2007 and back you have to set up the account and make the switch afterwards.

If you tell us which version of Office you are using it will be easier to give you step by step instructions.

Office 365, so currently I would be Office 2013 since you always get the latest version. And the server is a proper Exchange server also licensed under 365 so it too is also running the latest version.
