Hi Guys I am new here and to Linux.

I have Suse 10.3 connected to a Globesurfer 11 7.2 gprs/3g router. Installation was a piece of cake. It fired up and found Movistar. I have 2 computors and a laptop all see the router and show the signal strenth. The sim card does not seem to have the Movistar access point name.

I am sorry to say I do not speak Spanish and have spent most of the day with their tech dept and understood nothing

I have the pin No, The cell No, and the sim card, Can anyone help me locate the access name.

Thank you

4 computors went on line at the same time.

I now have 2 E220 that I did not need.

Hi,

I live on an island where there little or no interest in Linux or 3G . I actualy have 3, 2 E220 and 1 datacom. The datacom Does have a linux sierra driver, but crashes the system, but all 3 work on windows.2 are unlocked the other is movistar.
lots of download of install software but with no joy. I really am to old for this high tech stuff.

It would seem from the questions that there are a lot of people in the same boat.
