Mp3 catalogue help

Looking for some software that catalogs files e.g. I want it to catalog D:/mp3 and put all of the contect of mp3 in a .txt file - so I can transfer that file to others and they can see whats in my collection - had a program like this a while ago - forgot its name - someone hook me up please

Winamp does it... and formats it nicely in html and gives you total play length, etc
