This is ridiculous - they are acting like a bunch of toddlers that didnt get their way! No senior management team should ever behave like this.
Although there is more to this story than meets they eye because it all revolves around Snuki Zikalala's suspension which was for leaking a document descriving Mpofu's poor management of the station. But then again, Zikalala might have had ulterior motives for doing so as well.
If he really is a poor manager, get rid of the guy the legal route, offer him a golden handshake and part ways. But the board is going about this the wrong way and making themselves look more incompetent than what they claim Dali Mpofu is.
