The way Zapiro is using this unattached
shower is worse than when he had it attached judging by this cartoon.
I don't find it amusing anymore (whatever my misgivings about Zuma).

Agreed. Getting old very quickly. Can't blame Zapiro though. Nothing worse than an ex lover scorned :o

I think Zapiro interprets the stories as he would like to draw them. Now he has a tenancy to paint himself into the story - as seen above -

Journalists (to use the term loosely for him) should report and not get involved in a story.

It still hilarious to me. The cartoon is also 100% spot on. It's despicable that the minister actually considered taking the gift. Al spheres of government and public service should have a no-gift policy (like the one implemented in SARS).

Was he a minister when the offer was made. Never take these comics at face value. Perhaps they should be printed between Prince Valiant and Snoopy.
 
Zuma actually had a change here to show the world that he does have some ethics, but sadly he showed that he can not change his unethical inclinations.

You said "the minister actually considered taking the gift" wheras he wasn't then a minister. In fact he had announced his retirement had he not - hence the 'gift'.

So when did the investigators said they were happy that Mr. Corrupt paid back the R4 Million he received from Schabir Shaik, or where you just spouting BS?

Actually it was dropped due to technicalities not lack of evidence.
