So the Mr Olympia 2014 is 2weeks away.

Who you guys gunning to win?

I think Phil Heath will make it 4x Mr Olympia. Reasoning his conditioning prior to the Olympia's is not good but once his on the Olympia stage he seems to nail it. He is hard and dry as F#$@ and symetrical. He still seems a bit soft now when looking at pics of him on youtube and fb tho being 2weeks out. He def picked up alotta size this off season though.

2nd I think Kai will come in at again. Looked really impressive a couple of weeks back at the NPC Championships. He just seems to be to soft on stage next to Phil Heath tho. Has a massive and wicked back tho.

3rd would be a toss up between Dennis Wolf, Big Ramy and Shaun Rowden for me.

But his would def be my Top 5

lol well if they avid bodybuilders im sure there will be some interest.

Or is it because there no South Africans in the Olympia line up - SA does have a couple of IFBB Pro's. Plus with all the hype and interest in the local bodybuilding scene they must be keeping there eye out on the pro.

Ya Jay has gone off the boil. He investing lotsa time in his business now. Lost lotsa weight now, still big tho, as compared to a couple years ago when he was in his prime.

Yes markus ruhl is the early 2000's. I think he is ova 40years old now

I agree. Kai beats phil is some poses but not by much but when Phil wins his poses he looks far better than Kai.

Yes he should hang up the boots. He is a hard worker and everything but it's time he quits. He has got probably the best legs tho STILL. He lacks size in his chest tho

Top 10 RESULTS:

1. Phil Heath - I think he deserved it, didnt look as good as last year tho. But was hard and won Kai on most poses
2. Kai Greene - Looked good but don't know when he will learn that size does not win you the Olympia but hard condition. Really think he was a douche as well at the pre-contest interview
3. Shaun Rowden - Really impressed with him. He is one of my favourites...I really think his physique is more pleasing that most.
4. Dennis Wolf - Looked hard and good. Was really a hard one to decide for 3rd between him and Shaun. If i had to be honest I thought Dennis looked better than Shaun especially in his legs (glutes and hams) and back (Back which is Shaun Rowdens weak point).
5. Dexter Jackson - For his age he is in good shape. Came in hard and detailed...deserved to be in the Top 5
6. Branch Warren - Looked good but does not have the size in his upper body.
7. Mamdouh "Big Ramy" Ellssbiay - Disappointed in him. Was a bit soft and smooth. Seemed like he held a bit too much water.
8. Victor Martinez - Good outing for him. He has a very similar physique to Phill but definately not as conditioned.
9. Steve Kuclo - He looked good especiallly as he was performing more.
10. Juan Morel - Really impressed with him on his first outing on the Olympia stage.

Notable Mentioned.
I think Roelly Winklaar really disappointed. He looked good in his front and back shots but WTF his gut. Looked like he was preganant.
William Bonac deserved to be place higher. Should definately have been in the Top 12 IMHO.

Flex Lewis wins 212 again. No suprise there.
