Hi Guys,

I am looking for a similar solution to MS exchange. I need to manage around 12 email accounts (including that of the signatures/calendars/contacts).

Are the any solutions you can recommend that can achieve the above?

Cheers!

A bit more info would be needed. i.e., are you currently running an AD network? Would you want on premises or would online based be better?

I’m looking to manage only email accounts and am not currently running an AD network. I’m happy to explore an on-prem or SaaS solution.

It’s mainly to managed the following:
- Email Accounts
- Email Signatures
- Calendar
- MS Teams (equivalent - not a necessity)

365 is probably going to be your best bet really.

Google Workspace. Gmail is superior to anything else.

Its not necessarily a bad option if the intention isn't to grow the userbase or go AD or anything like that.

I would not say Gmail is superior to anything else, its just a different option.

Synaq offer Zimbra based email which might also be worth looking at for you if it's mainly email, calendars, signatures etc. you are looking for.

It doesn't offer everything you get on top of email from something like Office 365 but it was a very credible and cost effective alternative to on premise exchange or the older hosted exchange type offerings. The 10 year tamper proof archive mailbox is a good feature and inbound security features were always decent. Zimbra stores the user's signature in their profile on the server (unlike Exchange) and they offer a branding module that you can use for centralised signature management.

One caveat with any Zimbra based solution is that the Outlook plugin was pretty stable with older versions of Outlook (up to and including 2013) but got a bit problematic with Office 365 and click to run versions of Office and keeping up with updates from MS. if you are happy with webmail or another client though, it's no problem
