Hi Guys,

In Excel 2003, when doing the Vlookup and the return comes #N/A you have the option by clicking the drop-down arrow in the warning box next to the #N/A to select "Convert to Text" I don't seem to have this option ("Convert to Text") in Excel 2007

It's a screen dump of the Excel 2007 problem.
I can see it clearly, can I mail it to you?

what's your vlookup statement to be giving you warnings? how about enclosing it in IF.

can't you use the office 2007 training too see how it is done ?
it opens up the old 2003 version and you do a task and then the tutor will do the exact same thing using the 2007 version. hope that will maybe assist you. i hate the new excel.
