Probably best to avoid SA duties. 
i would risk it. I always come back with the electronic boxes and have never been called aside... yet..

I ended up buying an i5 8GB RAM 256GB SSD SP2, and I am very impressed with it.
I preferred the SP2 because of the price, and also because the SP2 supports Wacom graphics, whereas the SP3 supports N-Trig graphics, for which there are no drivers (for Adobe & ZBrush, for example).
Edit : They gave me a large discount on the SP2, cost me about USD 720 before taxes, which was significantly less than the cost of the SP3.

Ah, that's unfortunate to hear, but I guess a man has to take his budget into account.
Reviews so far were raving about the improvements of SP3 over the previous versions.
The N-Trig graphics on the SP3 was also a problem, there are no drivers for this (Adobe, ZBrush, etc).
Also, with my application in mind, I prefer the 10" display. Although the thin design of the SP3 is cool.
If I had to buy an SP3, it would be an i7. But then, I have a almost identical Sony Vaio Duo.
