MSAN Upgrade in Kyalami

Hi Guys

Anyone else aware of this, it's been more than a week now without Telephone line and ADSL. Telkom says upgrade in progress but cannot give ETC. Anyone know how long the process normally takes?

When the Dersley Park exchange was upgraded begining April.
I received a automated voice recording via the Telkom phone line stating of 48Hrs down, time no time frame was give.Phone call center they could not supply me a date. I was at work during the day time.
At night I still used my internet.
Wednesday I noticed a speed change.

Hi there, thanks. When I called them, they said it could take 3 weeks. My phone line is also completely dead so really not sure what's happening in our area and if anyone else in the same position. I'm connected to Kyalami race track exchange.

Crawthorne exchange. Was down for most of last week (Sunday - Friday) as they did upgrades. Now on an MSAN but am 5km from exchange so my stats still suck

How're your stats? I'm also in Noordwyk & can barely manage 2Mbps, truly terrible stats

Im on 4mb line... I got the fnbconnect 4mb deal also.. Speedtest shows 3.3mb dl and 0.45 ul... I honestly cant complain coz i use mine for streaming and no issues whatsover... I checked the link Census provided and im connected to the erand exchange down by acasia road... About 2-3kms away... Connection is always stable and on.. Occassional dead line but not when i actually need to use the net
