Msi on screen display help.

Hi guys,

Wonder if you can help. Im having problems with my on screen display showing in some games. It shows in bf3, mw3 and a dew others, however does not in others, eg diablo 3. What is causing this? Friends dont seem to have this problem. I do have a msi card and i have tried doing driver sweeps and all that to sort the issue out.

Msi's tool allows for frame rate, gpu temp, clock speed etc, to be shown in the top left corner of your display. mine does not show in certain games.

Have you added Diablo 3 to the Rivatuner list?

yupp... added the .exe if that's correct yet no luck :/

Try this:

Locate the Diablo3 config file for MSI OSD(something like diablo3.exe.cfg) - should be located in: C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI Afterburner\Bundle\OSDServer\Profiles

Open the .cfg file in Notepad & add the following line:

EnableDynamicOffsetDetection=1

Save the file & see if it works...

Are you by any chance using Win7 SP1? This is known to cause problems with MSI OSD & Diablo3...

thing is, it affects other games too. i tried your method for all games not showing yet still no luck. Wish i could figure out why some work with it and some dont!
