MSN -after 3 gig cap

after the 3 gig cap ...

I have two problems, Steam and msn ,,, Steam i can get on to after a bit .... but msn

i cant get on to that ... how can tis be fixed at all , is there prehaps a local msn server or somthing to that effect ? ... it is really starting to bug me

Yahoo works better but there is alot of lag in chatting, not in the actual logging on to Yahoo IM.
