Hi, hope somebody can help me.
I'm in Namibia, iPhone 6s, IOs 15.1. with South African Vodacom sim. I am trying to get Vodacom raoming on MTC to work so that I can phone New Zealand. I have international roaming activated. I've also have Travel Saver activated and de-actived, so no active bundle with International roaming(default rates should apply). I am only interested in cellular roaming, not data.
I can phone in Namibia and phone South Africa. But not New Zealand.
Get a message "Service has been interupted .Please contact account enquiry". This is an MTC message, as if I switch to tnmobile I get a different message.
I have been exhanging messages with Vodacom on Facebook(their cutomer service line and chatbot Tobi is useless) but to no avail. It's been 7 days now and they cant get it fixed.
Can anyone help me solve this? Please?
