Hi, I just want to inform the public of the my k@k experience with MTN [Western Cape most likely]
#1 : forget about leaving them a message via the "contact us" page on website, doing it over and over... waste of time
#2 : forget about phoning them, because you'll end up at a call center with none educated things or end up getting diverted to the wrong sector
#3 : forget about conference call appointments with them, they will forget it asap.. they will even phone you the day before just to confirm it for the next day @ a specific time.... so that you can sit in your office and wait and wait.. weeks later... still no phone call!
#4 : forget about asking for their email address, because they don’t have email addresses
#5 : forget about leaving a private message for the MTN rep dude here on myBB forums, he seems to have died
#6 : So mister CEO of MTN in western cape …hmmm what now?
..at least vodacom seems to care, their site surveys might be delayed but their service is way better and their always in contact with me, with my help of course.
