MTN 141 Service Down

I been trying to access mtn 141 service to purchase data bundles for the past 5 days with no luck calling 173 does'nt help either so now i am forced to surf at R2/MB this is a robbery.

That number (141) works, although for me it goes to MTN ME2u because I'm on contract, maybe the problem is with prepaid. MTN DD should be able to answer your question.

Uhm, shouldn't you be dialling 555 to buy data bundles?
Dial 555 and then press 3 and then 3 again.

We’ve been doing lots of simulations today but cannot find any data bundle activation problems.

Can you please PM me your cell number and I'll check into this ASAP
