The 3G signal has dissappeared in Goodwood. I suppose they were only testing. Suppose it is vasbyt til early next year when phase 2 is switched on.

I actually wanted to know of upgrades (Edge/3G/HSDPA) in Montana, Pretoria (Zambesi Road Tollgate)
Can us normal guys view the list of planned network upgrades somewheres on the net?

Ok, finally there seems to be some 3G activity in this area 565B/GOODWOOD FIRE STATION of Goodwood.The signal however seems to be unusable. Packet data not available & unable to make or receive calls. I have to reboot my phone into GSM mode for it to work.
Are they running tests on the tower??

You seem to be clued up on MTN in PE, I'm based in S/Strand and my newly acquired MTN 3G is pathetically slow vs. what I would have expected via a 3G connection. It shows 3G but when you "connect" it goes to HSPA, I hade EDGE in Knysna and that's like trying to boil a kettle on a candle.
Assistance, advise appreciated, 0831555 is not answered and queries via the website take 5 days to respond and then refer you to 0831555 that they do not answer
