The days that the product works as intended its brilliant, sadly the longer I've had it, the more "bad days/weeks" I've experienced, hope your experience doesn't turn out as bad as mine have been... I've given up on phoning them, i'll just download a torrent or 2 every other day, but it seems like its not so "uncapped" afterall, as soon as I get to about 6-10gb for the month its like this 0KB/s speeds conviently kick in. That being said, my first couple of months where problem free as well
I'm sorry to hear that and yes, it's rather troubling to hear that it gets worse as time goes by and to be honest, I'm also beginning to get the feeling that once you get to a certain point MTN throttles you even more.
Again, so far I'm still happy and it's very true what you say, when it works as intended it's brilliant.
