Ever since yesterday afternoon I cannot connect to the MTN network at all...
I cannot browse or download emails...
I normally had between 2-4 signal strenght on HSDPA and now I am lucky if I get edge at 1 signal strenght...
For what am I paying R999.00 per month?
I rely on my email en internet for my income to pay MTN but the network sucks so badly!!!
MTN shares a tower with VC in Raslouw and I get 4/5 HSDPA signal strenght with VC?????
MTN even overcharged me R366.01 in December but they can't supply me with a constant service!!!! The guys at the network quality department can't even find the Raslouw AH tower on the system????? What is going on! You can't upgrade the network ever since November last year??????
It's not my data card because VC goes like a bomb!!!
I chose MTN because at the time because VC didn't have 3G coverage in my area! Now it is just the other way around!
Please can you send out a tech to come and look what's going on!
It's not the first time I'm complaining either! Search my posts and you will see how many times I complained already!It breaks my heart to think that I am stucked with MTN till the end of 2007!!! Now matter what MTN does, I will not renew my contract with them, Never, Never, Never!!!!
Do I need to affix stickers to my car like that other guy did with the Delta motor corporation to get some attention?
Please get my internet up and running like it should be and give me the service that I pay for!!!
