I cannot get through to a consultant. Called them yesterday to cancel a data bundle and they confirmed it was done. NOT!!

Wanted to load a larger bundle, but now the new billing cycle kicked in with the same data bundle.

Yeah, I've been having a problem with the call centre number as well. It's like someone took that automated answering system, squashed it up into a tiny lump, took a hammer, smashed it to pieces, poured glue onto a sheet of paper, sprinkled the smashed pieces across it, rolled the sheet of paper into a cylindrical tube, shoved it up a drain pipe, filled the drain pipe with sand, and then prayed for rain!

Yip - been totally iffy - i first made mention of this in this thread although it has worked occasionally since - my guess is they've borked something up
