I wonder when will this problem be sorted?? MTN Active is the worst service I've ever seen.

I wish they could do something to it. Maybe just delete the sevice from the internet.

works first time every time for me, ive seen worse systems than mtnactive too kind Sir- what seems to be the error you are getting?:)

I get a 'Java 0 pointer' error, downloaded the Jave runtime package from www.java.com, but the problem still persists.

Not able to use it.
 
Can a Corporate firewall perhaps block access to the logon section of the site?

Just tried it and it's working fine. what type of connection you using ?
Not that it makes a difference... just curious.
 
I tried it again this morning and it worked. Then after a while I wanted to log on again then it didn't. It gave me the same error again.:confused:
I think I've seen this before, I log in to more than one account. You need to log out from the web site, don't just close the window.
