MTN Advert popping up during call

Hi all,

Really hope someone knows what this is.

Everytime I call someone, an ad pops up as shown in the image.

I have disabled Cell Broadcast. Not working. I am with MTN/Afrihost so I presume it is some MTN add thing. I don't think it is CallerXChange as it is basically just an advert and there is no other ad related stuff in the SIM Toolkit app on my phone.

Does anyone know how to disable this? I see there are other people on MTN's social pages complaining about the same thing.

Dammit, its also showing on my Nokia dumb phone!
