Hi,

I have a friend that is on a prepaid sim with MTN. She has managed to rack up quite a lot of these subscriptions you get when sending messages to shortcodes for ringtones and all that junk. Now she has opted out of most of them but everytime she recharges, money just gets deducted within a few hours and we presume it is because of subscriptions she still has. Is there a way to get a list of some sort to find out where she still has subscriptions so that she can opt out or is the a way just to get rid of them without having to change the MSISDN or IMSI?

Thanks,
Dat

She must go to a MTN shop and call 1555 from a premi cell, or she can phone 173 and ask them to be put through to 1555, they might be able to help.
