Mtn afrihost

So we have an mtn data sim from afrihost which has about 100gb data we tried connecting the sim today with a b618 22d router and used the standard apn settings it automatically picks up, which didnt work! So we called afrihost and these guys gave us a different pan which worked immediately and everything was good. Around 39ping 40mbps down and 20mbps up....about an hour later it stopped working. When I log on to the router it says disconnected, reception is full up but it says 3g. Am I missing something. Any help would be appreciated.

We had a small authentication issue on our side, which affected a small handful of clients. Everything should be back to normal.
